Go away on holiday, come home to healthy plants! This very clever little device turns an old plastic bottle - from 0.5 to 2 litres - into an easy, inexpensive irrigation system. One Drip Feeder is all that's required for each pot you wish to irrigate while you are away - just add your own plastic bottle. It's adjustable for the size of the plant (11 different flow rates) and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Continuous watering for 5-30 days, depending on the chosen setting.
How does it work?
This IRISO® Drip Feed Irrigation System uses a unique internal float to regulate the rate of flow. It can be used with any water container, and works reliably without electricity or a mains water supply.
Accurate & economical
With 11 adjustable flow rates, the IRISO® watering system gives the exact amount of water each plant needs to optimise growth: from just 150 ml per day up to 1.5l per day. Plants are never over or under watered. It waters the root zone, so you won't waste water on neighbouring weeds - and leaves stay dry, which helps reduce diseases.
Adjustable & adaptable
The IRISO® watering system suits all kinds of plants from the very smallest (flow rate number 1) up to large shrubs or trees (flow rate number 11). It's the ideal holiday watering solution - go away for weeks at a time and come home to healthy houseplants! It fits onto any kind of water container (plastic bottle, metal, zinc, terra-cotta tanks, etc.) and is easy to install, easy to clean.
The system irrigates plants 24 hours a day with no waste of water. The plant gets 95% of the water released, because there is no evaporation. And because it releases water drop by drop, instead of in one initial rush, the water lasts longer.
The hosepipe ban-buster
The IRISO® watering system is the ideal answer for areas suffering with hosepipe bans. Once gardeners have used it, they will not want to go back to using hosepipes or watering cans, because it's more efficient and convenient than either of them. And it's healthier for plants.
Pack of 4 individual drippers, which you can use for 4 separate plants or pots.
