STANDARD UK DELIVERY
If a product is in stock and you place your order before 12.30pm on a week day, your order will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Please note on some occasions, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be dispatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.
For all our deliveries a signature may be required.
Shipping information for mainland UK is as follows:
- All UK mainland orders under £75.00 = £4.95 per delivery address
FREE DELIVERY
- All UK mainland orders over £75.00 = Free Delivery
- West London - If the delivery address is in one of the following areas of West London - Acton, Barnes, Brentford, Chiswick, Ealing, Hammersmith, Kew and Richmond - you are entitled to FREE local delivery. When we have received your order, we will arrange with you a convenient time for delivery. Please note: the shopping basket will automatically charge you the £4.95 P&P fee, but as soon as we have received your order and we see the delivery address is in our free delivery zone, this charge will be refunded to your credit card via PayPal (usually within 48 hours). If you have any queries, please call or email us for information.
Shipping information for overseas and non-mainland UK is as follows:
- Orders outside the UK cannot be taken from our online shop. Please email us with your order and we will send you a written quote for shipping the goods overseas. Payment can be made either by PayPal or a Sterling cheque. Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging, for any reason within 28 days of receipt of the goods for a replacement or a full refund.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please include a letter explaining the reason for the return. It is very useful if you can provide as much information as possible. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging and care should be taken to ensure the goods are securely packaged and are not damaged in transit.
We recommend you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You may wish to send the goods by Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. If we have made a mistake in the order, we will also refund the delivery charge.
We will notify you as soon as your refund / replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
REFUNDS FOR GIFT PURCHASES
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item, the original purchaser will be notified.
EXCHANGING GOODS
If you are exchanging goods and the new item you want costs less than the one you have returned, we will refund you the difference.
If you are exchanging goods and the new item you want costs more than the one you have returned, an additional payment is needed before the new item will be dispatched.
Replacement items will be dispatched free of charge if they are being replaced for reason of faulty goods or if we have made a mistake with your original order.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
We expect to deliver your purchases to you within 5-7 days of the date of your order, or 3 weeks in the case of overseas orders.
If you do not receive an overseas order within 3 weeks and have not been notified by us of any delay, contact us at info@greentradingcompany.co.uk. Any claims relating to non-receipt must be notified to us within 1 month.
